I opened The Village Gym in 2002. My mission since then has been to help people live healthier lives by educating them on the benefits of fitness and nutrition, and by showing them how to exercise safely and efficiently. When it comes to achieving a fitness goal, I believe there are four steps that must be taken:
- State the goal (specifically).
- Create a plan to achieve it.
- Execute the plan.
- Evaluate the plan and make changes as needed.
I’ve been helping people take those four steps for the better part of the last 20 years. Many people have credited me with helping them change their lives for the better. But I believe I’m the one who has truly been blessed. I can’t see myself doing anything else.
