Hard Core

This 45 minute class focuses on strengthening and stabilizing all of core muscles--abdominals, lower back, and hips. Cardio based core activities are also incorporated to give your workout maximal burn.  This class is designed for all fitness levels and will include a large variety of exercises and intensities to work your entire core.
