The Owners

THE VILLAGE GYM get twice the benefit in having two owners. Frank Shelton and Francine Ashbee are hard-working perfectionists with a keen eye for detail and enviable people skills. They are the owners, managers and full-time workers. Both are experienced personal fitness trainers, class instructors and health club managers. They are firm believers that everyone should not only love what they do, but believe in it. They are believers in the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and want to share that energy with those starving for it.
